SPI iris diaphragm

Due to its fluidic characteristics the iris diaphragm SPI is very well suited for adjusting and monitoring the air flow in round air ducts. The iris diaphragm is equipped with two pressure measurement connections through which the flow rate can be determined via a connected differential pressure gauge. The flow rate is proportional to the root of the monitored pressure difference and a resistance factor k. The k-factor depends on the configured free flow area and is readable on the diaphragm.
