Over a long development period we specifically designed and supplied ventilation components, such as
Tube systems for laboratory use in various diameters, consisting of a volume flow regulator, a silencer, the actual tube outlet of the VZ-AR series, an iris diaphragm and in the further system strand a combination diffuser for supply- and exhaust air, type: VAR, i. e., a holistic tube outlet system (including smooth pipes, connectors etc.)
Furthermore we designed floor convectors of the type AKK-DSM, consisting of a height adjustable plenum box with integrated heat exchanger and axial fans, on top completed with manually manufactured stainless steel structures of the DSM series.

Deployed Products

PDA

The PDA-R (round front panel) and PDA-Q (square front panel) are swirl diffusers with fixed delicately stamped, radially arranged blades. The square diffuser PDA-Q may be perforated in two different variants. The blades of the variants Q1 and Q2 are slightly less delicate in their perforation. The front panel is mounted by a central screw.

VZ-41

The slot diffuser VZ-41 is a linear diffuser with a system width of 41 mm, especially well suited for wall and ceiling mounting. The diffuser is available in single- and multi-slot configurations and is suited for continuous assembly. The slot diffuser consists of extruded aluminium profiles with or without side support as well as rotatably mounted, individually adjustable air guiding elements with rectifier blades and boomerang profiles. The slot diffuser VZ-41 can be used for supply as well as exhaust air (also as a combined supply and exhaust air diffuser with parallel rails) and is especially suited for constant and variable volume flows in rooms with ceiling heights of 2,30 meters to 4,00 meters. The recommended flow rate is between 50 m³/h and 150 m³/h per meter at temperature differences of +4 K to -12 K.

SKD

The SKD is an adjustable swirl diffuser with a square (SKD-Q) or a round (SKD-R) front panel with radially arranged, adjustable air guiding elements. The special construction ensures a high air flow at low sound power levels, optionally available as “certified according to VDI 6022” as well as the especially decorative model SKD22 (thin blade finish). The front panel is mounted by a central screw (size 800 with additional screws at the edges).

VZ-AR

The tube diffuser VZ-AR consists of a longitudinally welded jacket tube with lengthwise arranged slots with integrated air guiding nozzles in form of double boomerang profiles with rectifier blades. The possible amount of parallel slot-rows is mainly limited by its dimensioning. The connection of single tube diffusers to a string is accomplished via a spigot with lip seal, alternatively with METU-flanges. The tube diffusers are designed for visible installation and fulfill the highest of architectural and ventilation demands. The exhaust air variant consists of a tube diffuser with a longitudinally welded jacket tube with a round VZ-AR-AL cross section with cross to the longitudinal axis punch-outs. The dimensions of the models are determined depending on the exhaust air volume.

AKK-TIE

The AKK-TIE chilled beam unit consists of two halves that are mounted via bayonet suspension around a VZ-AR tube diffuser. Each side is equipped with two heat exchanger rows and thusly enables comfortable air conditioning in a laboratory or other settings with a high cooling load. The energetic advantages of water as a medium for load removal and the fluidic support for the draft-free introduction of supply air with lower temperatures are being used optimally.

PU

The PU is a square ceiling diffuser consisting of a perforated, cubic body with a connecting unit and a vertical spigot. The front panel is mounted by a central screw (size 700 with additional screws at the edges).

DSM

DSM are design elements made of drawn stainless steel in different forms and arrangements of the structural edges that are welded invisibly to the support profiles. A variety of different free flow areas are available, making it possible adapting to specific needs. The elements can be created in rectangular, round or arched forms in flat or three-dimensional structures with a vertical or horizontal arrangement of the individual pieces.

VZ-41-ZA

The combined slot diffuser VZ-41-ZA is a linear diffuser with parallel slot rows for supply and exhaust air. The diffuser has a system width of 41 mm and is well suited for mounting in walls. The VZ-41-ZA is available in single or multiple row configurations. Especially designed for the mounting in drywalls, the plenum box is equipped with effective cladding for sound absorption. The diffuser consists of extruded aluminium profiles with or without support profile as well as the rotatably mounted, individually adjustable air guiding elements with rectifier blades and boomerang profiles. The recommended flow rate is between 50 and 150 m³/h per meter at temperature differences of +4 K to -12 K.

ASD-CSD

The grilles ASD / CSD are ventilation grilles for usage with supply and exhaust air with horizontally (-H) or vertically (-V) arranged, individually adjustable air guiding blades and self-locking blade bearing. The models ADD / CDD are equipped with horizontal blades and a second vertical row of blades that simultaneously enables air control. The grille is mounted either via rotating bolts (R) or with visible screws in the frame (C).

KVR-S

The KVR-S is a constant flow rate controller operated with external energy. Adjustment is done by an asymmetrically arranged, angled control plate that guarantees good control even at low flow rates. The range of operation (depending on size) is between 40 m³/h and 4500 m³/h at temperatures between -30°C and +100°C. The control performance is ensured regardless of the type of installation or whether it is installed in a supply or exhaust air system. The control accuracy is +/- 10 % from the configured nominal flow rate.

STG

The STG fan controllers are designed for controlling the fan speed of compact fans used in multiple SLT products. Some of those products are for example the chilled beam for floor and wall mounting as well as the chilled beam unit for expanding an SLT tube diffuser system. The fan controllers are available as the STG-27 and STG-38 model. STG-27: fan speed control of fans with AC motors with a supply voltage of 220 VAC. STG-38: fan speed control of fans with DC-PWM-fans with a supply voltage of 12 VDC or 24 VDC.
